John Regan graduated with a Bachelor of Science at New Mexico State University and a Master of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) from George Mason University.

 

 He served 24 years in the U.S. Air Force and another 20 years as a military contractor developing military war planning software.  

 

Currently retired volunteering with non-profit organizations to elect democrats.
